Re: SMG Install

Buddhika,
Take a look at the documentation cd that came shipped with the BPCS software. 
 There should be a document on that cd called smg_inst.doc which contains 
information on how to install and test the SMGs.  The rough steps to getting 
the 
inventory transactions working thru ECM is:

1.  Get SMG's installed and working
2.  Ensure SMG libraries are in the BPCS library list when ECM is kicked off. 
 If you are running MM you might need to have a separate USR library just so 
you can indicate a different library list.
3.  Set up the ECM parameters to point to the SMG libraries.
4.  Map data to the TITB.  The inventory posting adaptor (ECM623) executes 
the InventoryGW which processes the data thru INV500.  All the data fields that 
are required when entering inventory transactions thru INV500 are also 
required when running this ECM adaptor.
