When part ordering we have a problem that if we have inventory on hand BPCS wants to allocate / confirm the manufactured quantity plus inventory holdings. i.e. Customer order for 300 and 120 in inventory we only wish to part order 150 that have just been manufactured BPCS allocates or wants to confirm the 270 .Recently there was a situation posted similar to this example but I can't track it down.
