RE: Encrypted Signature on Purchase Order

Hi Al,

We're also a vendor. Our electronic document distribution solution will take
your BPCS output (PO's) and reformat the output to include signatures (and
many other design elements...shading, boxes, lines, bar codes, etc.). 

Once reformatted to include the signature, the output can then be
automatically emailed (or faxed) to your vendors in many formats including
TIF or PDF. Although the document is not encrypted, we have many customers
(including BPCS users) using our solution to automatically send their PO's
with a greater level of security.

Also, the signatures that are stored within our product are secured and can
only be utilized by authorized users.
