We are on BPCS CD. We have been using the BPCS Cycle count. We put in the item master the # of times a year you want to count an item. With the same item located in 3 plants in multi locations the system is very helpful. Daily the person doing Cycle counts will generate a list to count. INV310 This list is by WH location. The cycle is done by location. At month end we print a customized version of INV277 to measure the C/C Accuracy. The item will be on the worksheet to count if the items goes <> in that location or if it is time to count. Roger Henady Thorco Industries
