Hi Melvin.

Your question begs a couple questions.  Are you going to issue a credit memo 
or debit memo form?  Is sales history going to get updated?  Only A/R 
afffected?

If you want to only affect A/R, you can create transactions in ACR300 or 
ACR500 that will update only A/R if the only interest is in creating an 
adjustment 
to A/R and not updating Sales History or generating a form.

You can contact me off line if you need help in doing this adjustment in the 
described manner if you are unfamiliar.
