We are bpcs 6.01 heavily modified.

We have modified ECM to run bi-directional (runs ECM inbound and ECM outbound
at the same time) for a couple years now.

We have a real need for speed here; we would like to be doing a couple thousand
orders/day and need to speed things up.

Has anyone tried to run multiple occurrences of ECM concurrently?

Subject: posting production to unreleased shop order

We are on version 6.0.01 / Informix.

Question: are there any ramifications to entering/posting production to a
shop order that has been entered but not released (status 4) versus a shop
order that has been released (status 5).
My understanding was that production could not be entered and posted until
the shop order was released, but that seems not to be the case on our
system.
Thanks in advance for your comments.
