I have worked with a client company that implemented the software that 
ultimately was acquired by SSA - the Ironsides product.  It met the needs of 
the 
customers and was customizable to the users' needs.  I would recommend it to 
users as a good product.  Most all the people who used it were happy.  
Obviously 
if everyone liked it, you would be lying.  I am unaware of who disliked it and 
only assume there may have been some who wanted to complain just due to change.

I worked with a consultant who really knew what he was doing and he made my
