Hello, Speaking with our resident Order Management person it is my understanding that in your version the HSTAT coding is meaningless and represents an earlier method BPCS tracking Order Status. Order Status codes in your version exist in the ECH and at the ECL as 5 status codes which are populated as the order or line progress from entered to shipped and on through ready to bill or closed. I cannot date the year or version when the transition was made away from using HSTAT, but hope that give you some measure of help. What I am looking for is the definition of the HSTAT codes? I know C=Confirmed, E=Entered, & F=Picked but the manual does not explain the others so I am looking for some help. <SNIP> HSTAT COUNT ( * ) B 1 C 8 E 31 F 113 G 114 6 5 7 251 8 435 <SNIP> The codes I see in my ECH are A, B, C, E, F, G, 4, 6, 7, 8. As I was looking through the manuals for the above codes, I also found this & I wonder how it is possible that an order line can have more than one status? Was I sleeping during that day of instruction? The reason I am asking is because I have about 40 orders that have this situation & we are having problems picking & running "Load Control || Loads Dispatched" against some of these orders. <SNIP from the COM Manual on page 112> Status: BPCS displays the order status for this order. This value represents the next step(s) in the order processing cycle that any line on the order is ready to complete. A single order line may have several statuses associated with it at any point in time. Values of 0 or 1 display in each of the five positions of the status. The positions represent the following statuses and header fields: <SNIP> Thanks - Dennis. Dennis Munro "I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by."
