Robert,  all of these options will work but, if you are copying the standard 
BPCS reports, the formatting is not conducive to the columnized EXCEL format.  
Operations navigator will allow you to port spool files to your PC without 
any additional purchases as it should have been supplied with your client 
access.  The other packages mentioned, and others not mentioned, will work as 
well, 
some of them do have licensed number of user issues, and some place additional 
software on your 400 that may or may not have to run at all times.  I would 
start with navigator and evaluate from there.
