IBM and SSA Global jointly maintain a list of PTFs required when upgrading BPCS to a new OS/400 release in the Info APAR for BPCS, which is II12963. Do not search only the 'V5R2 APARs' -- instead just search All Info APARs for this APAR number or search using the word 'BPCS' and you will find it. There are many required SQL PTFs which can be found in the latest copy of the Group PTF for SQL (SF99502 level 10 or higher) and other specific issues are mentioned in detail.
