We have used QMS on V6.0.04 -> V6.1.01 to track and manage lot control for about 5 yrs. now. We manufacture and package Hotel Amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, etc, etc) and do custom packaging of foods, cosmetics, OTC drugs and on and on. If we didn't have QMS, we'd have to invent it. We chose BPCS to a great degree for its strong Lot Control features. All components are Lot Controlled; all finished goods are Quality Controlled as are as some critical components. We are now in process of implementing LMS to enter and track our Laboratory testing (Micro and Physical) with the hopes of eventually automating product release when test results are all entered as acceptable.
