That's funny. We've a similar story. We we're a customer without maintenance when we bought more licenses but are now a customer non gratis (oops - sorry I forgot this is an English list: non customer) when we wanted a new key for a software upgrade. -----Original Message----- From: bpcs-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bpcs-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Bill Sent: Monday, September 29, 2003 11:23 AM To: SSA's BPCS ERP System Subject: Re: SSA SmartAudit being requested has anyone else got this? THanks KW Yep, I know of a company that was audited many years after they had cancelled maintenance. They passed the audit and was very surprised by SSA's determination that they were no longer considered a customer any more when they called SSA a couple of months later requesting a software key.
