Hi Martin,

This is going to require some detective work.

First you need to check if the menu's are active in the ZMM file (record ID
'MM').

Then check ZMO - this contains the menu options by menu.  The record ID's
for this file should be 'MO'.

The menu authorisations are in ZMA.

If you find that records are missing from these files (in order) or the
record ID's are set to inactive you won't see the menus.  If they are
missing all together, and they are available in a test system, maybe you can
copy them over to your production environment.  If they are not available in
any environment - let me know and I will send you menu option details etc so
that you can set them up again.
