Suggestions Sought: Quality Information collection for BPCS 405CD

Hello All,

We are looking for a way to capture information pertaining to tests
performed on our products as we make them. We make rolls of coated
substrate. While material is being coated, we perform quality tests at
specified time & footage intervals. We also monitor and record information
pertaining to the state of the coating machine (temperatures, speeds, etc).

We want a solution as compatible as possible with BPCS; the quality module
was one thought we had, but we are also curious about other sites'
experiences with non-SSA products. (Both good and bad)
