We are looking at gee-whiz features.  We would like to setup profit center,
commodity code combinations (so purchasing can't buy supplies and charge
engineering), and also setup a matrix that controls the approval of the
requisition.  And maybe use that same matrix in other BPCS apps.

Its pretty much the same in 6.1 as in 4.05. The question is can you manage 
with a simple hierarchy/spend limit system or do you need any gee-whiz 
features?
