Tom, BPCS releases after 2.1 (remember that one folks) used the following function keys assignment as a rule of thumb: F1=Help F3=Exit F4=Prompt (if green screen, promptable fields have a '*' next to them) F5=Refresh F6=Accept F7=Backward F8=Forward F11=Fold (SFLDROP) F12=Cancel F13=Filters (if a subfile/list is used) F18=Interactive (if program submits a job/report) Note, a run time parameter was included on the AS/SET versions in the following format: Run Time Parameter 1 (0=Interactive, 1=Batch) F23=More actions F24=More keys In general, F14 through to F22 are basically down to you but some keys are used as 'standard' depending on the type of program: F18=Jump ... will allow the user to go to a specific order line. F22=Header ... will display the header file information for a PO or customer order Options (actions) used are as follows: 1=Create 2=Revise 3=Copy 4=Delete 5=Display 6=Print 8=Position to I think that is it for the main. If I've missed any out then I am sure other list members will contribute. I would like for my interactive programs to have the same look and feel that the users are use to in BPCS, so I have the following questions. Does BPCS use the standard AS/400 function keys (F3-Exit, F4-Prompt, F5-Reset, F12-Cancel, etc.)? Does BPCS use the standard AS/400 options (2-Change, 3-Copy, 4-Delete, etc.)? Does BPCS use "Work With" type programs?
