Version 6.1 Release 02 of BPCS We are experiencing instances where blank lot and blank locations are being created during the pick confirm process. All of our full good items are lot controlled. A user processes pick confirm (ORD570) against an order line that has no allocations against it, but somehow manages to process a 'B' transaction for the quantity that was on order. We have to surgically repair the ILI and ITH records to correct this transaction. We have tried everything to replicate this and have been unsuccessful. Issues in the past lead me to believe that it may be a sequence of key strokes, but I can't guarantee it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
