Clarification on a point made by Al Mac.

BPCS CD REL02 is still a supported release. Sunset for BPCS CD has not been
announced, as far as I'm aware.

BPCS 4.03 is NOT supported by SSA.
BPCS 4.03 is supported by a large number of 3rd party outfits.

We went to BPCS 405 CD in 1998 because it was the LAST version supported by
SSA prior to version 6, which at the time had a lot of problems we did not
want ... many but not all of those problems have since been fixed.  405 CD
had sunset announced but we not interested at the time because we had
already moved our support from SSA to one of the many 3rd party outfits
that support versions of BPCS that SSA does not.
