RE: Implementation of E-Commerce over BPCS 405CD (Bud North)

We partner with a product called Interport from Intersect Commerce that has
been implemented and is being used very successfully at several of our
clients.  Here is some feedback from one such client:
  a.. The new system is fielding 61% of the prior call volume with respect
to Order Status - a typical question may have been, "Has my order been
shipped?"
  b.. The new system is fielding 6 times the prior call volume with respect
to Order Tracking - prior to implementation it was too time consuming for
customers to go thru the process, now, all the information including the
shipping information is available on-line, 24x7.
  c.. 20% of the volume is after hours usage - previously all calls would
have to be made during normal business hours with a time zone constraint.
  d.. The new system allows their own sales people and mfg'er reps to access
sales history on-line, 24x7 - they only had month end reports before.
  e.. As more customers are brought on-line, they are noticing an increase
in volume - one on-line customer has increased their order volume by 78% and
their frequency from once per month to once per week.
This product is integrated with core BPCS functionality.  The client has
indicated these numbers are increasing all the time.  I believe the product
