Hi Dennis. One thing - a FAS order stands for final assembly order. This is where a kit or assortment type order is taken and it can have its own BOM to select from and the costing is a little bit different. As for what might be the problem, there must be something in the post-ship order code that is slightly different from the normal billing code. Does the order class for the post ship order refer to the same program as the normal billing order class? It would seem to me that there is a difference in the code being processed that produces the different result, especially if you have looked into the SIH and SIL data and determined that there is no difference.
