Please also consider that if you are using multiple facilities, the inventory is also by facility. It could be that you entered a facility in MRP300 which is different that the one containing the inventory balances.

Robert,

Check to see if the inventory is in a nettable warehouse.  If the warehouse
is non-nettable, it will not show as on hand in MRP300.
