We got a similar request from our upper management. What we ended up doing was placing the modified logic (test for no cost) in the Pick Ship Confirm (ORD570) program. The reason we put it there instead of Order Entry was because we did NOT want to loose track of any customer orders; we don't use Quote Entry, so customer orders would then have to be filed manually (or outside of BPCS) until the item(s) had a cost...
