IBM is being investigated by the SEC for its accounting practices, I say IT
IS ABOUT TIME, and I wish Dean was still around to enjoy this story.
I recognize that this might hurt my investment in IBM stock, but it should
help the customers a whole lot more. I would never turn IBM in, but I am
glad someone else did.

Baan Sold <http://www.scs-mag.com/news/2003/06_03/0604/baan/index.htm>
Baan, a major player in the ERP/supply chain software industry, has been
purchased from Invensys by a venture capitalist group led by General
Atlantic Partners and Cerebus Capital Management. The $135 million sale will
be followed by the merging of Baan with SSA Global Technologies-another
property already owned by the venture capital group-pushing the latter,
analysts say, into the number four position within the ERP market.
