ChangYang Lim, Just as a suggestion, we are using HelpSystems' ROBOT for our job scheduling. It has a learn feature that allows you to run the program once and it learns how to submit the job. Then, in the future, all you have to do is to re-run it after change the necessary variables for date range, etc. However, another portion of their product allows you to write a script that can generate the variables for you. I have been running the MRP600 & MRP500 automated for over a year now. I have not had to change date range variables or anything. Just sit back and let it run. It also runs my month end procedures for me as well. I simply manage my tapes and I'm on hand just in case something breaks. Other than that, I have an easy day.
