Hello,

I should also clarify something. I mentioned in my original reply to Kusman
that he might also need BMR 51795 -- that was a mistake, since it's only
available for 6004 and higher BPCS releases.

The BMR 39659 fix for 10 character user ID/password in ALAUNCH can go on
older BPCS releases, but the fix for the password expiration message pop-up
window is a NEWI-only enhancement that was only possible to make on the 6004
Newi version (it was vastly improved/altered from the 6002 release and some
fixes were done in the compiler for 6004 and also tied into the OPS client,
so NEWI fixes are not backwards compatible once you hit 6004 April 98 cume).

In other words, on 6002 BPCS, current versions of the ALAUNCH runtimes can
be applied and of course this makes STRALD available on 6002. Current
versions of NEWI runtimes can NOT be applied to releases which are below
6004 April 98 cume.

Thanks,
