We are also running iWork's dcCollect 2.3 product and have started a project to upgrade to their latest release. We are running BPCS 6.04, mixed-mode. We had some serious reliability issues when we first implemented this system in 1997, but they've come a long way to improve the product. We are only using inventory transactions in a distribution center. We are upgrading as part of a new project to add RF data collection capability to another facility. One of the nice new features is the ability to do inventory transactions from a web browser (as base product). This means you can allow workers to do transactions without effecting the number of BPCS user licenses you have. It's also nice for those people you don't want touching a BPCS green-screen. And you can program inquiries, too. Another nice feature that could keep upper management away from the "complicated" green-screens. We evaluated the RT-CIM product before we decided to upgrade. It's also a great product. It just wasn't cost effective for us to implement a brand new solution when we could upgrade the iWork software under our yearly support contract.
