Interesting idea Al. How do you see that the CIC fields would benefit me? My understanding of the CIC fields is that they supercede what is in the item master. Will they actually make the system calculate the Shop order Due Date differently if I create a CIC record for the End Item with a day of lead time? Thanks everyone for their responses! It's been much appreciated! Another idea, and I expect you will not like this one either. Do your company by facility, only have one facility, so you can get the benefit of CIC fields. A bit of work to do with various other files to convert over to that reality. >Hi Larry, > >It's in the suggested rescheduling date of shop orders that I see the >problem.
