ECM with Promotions and Deals -- BPCS-L

Hello,

Curently using ECM for order entry on BPCS 6.02 PLF. I know that in Client 
server Order entry you can price an order after it's in the system (Batch price 
Maint PRO530B) but, in ECM promotions are applied right away and this is 
causing high run times with ECM. Is there any way to have customer orders come 
in thru ECM but not run PRO530B?
I would like to price customer orders after they are in the system.
