I dug through the ORD200C/ORD200 logic, and see that the issue is the "RecordID" field (ECH.HID), which is 'CZ' for the closed orders and 'CH' for the open orders. On the ECL file, the RecordID field (ECL.LID) is 'ZL' for this order, which indicates closed I think. Is there a program which sets the "RecordID" fields, or some program to reset them, or should I just use DBU? Thanks. >>> DeeDee.Virgei@nelsonstud.com 10/10/02 05:04AM >>> Check to see if the order is a type 9 (WRO); the order will then have to be completely received before being considered closed. -or- Check the status of the line items (through ORD300, make "Include Completed Orders" Y, then press F16, then F11); maybe they are throwing you off... Good luck. There is an order showing on the ORD200 Order Status report which has been fully shipped. On the order inquiry screen, the status shows as "8", which I actually think is correct. It is a legit order; there are 4 lines what are fully shipped (qty ordered = qty shipped). I can see no reason why it should appear on the report, yet it does. There is no real impact (the open quantities are 0), but it is annoying. Any thoughts you folks might have would be helpful. Regards -- Tom J.
