V6.02 MM, PLF, Jan '98 cum. We have had several instances where in pick
confirm a zero-shipped quantity was entered for an item and all the
following items in that order picked up an incorrect quantity shipped (all
the same quantity). It has occurred only with one customer - that customer
has backorder code 4. We cannot figure out what action the operator may have
done to cause this and we have not been able to duplicate it. Has anyone
experienced something similar to this?
