Glen There's no way to do this in BPCS but we have provided our Customers with this facility utilising our Data Automation product ADC. With a single bar-code scan the FLT record is created in BPCS and automatically posted (along with actual Labour/Machine hours if req'd). To reverse postings made in error they have only to enter the Shop Order Number (or manufactured Item Number if using JIT) and the quantity to reverse. The negative PR and CIs are automatically posted to BPCS! If you need any more info please contact me direct or visit our web site at www.iworksoftware.com Best regards David Myers Tel: +44 (0)1252 861456 Mob: +44 (0)7715 487011 -----Original Message----- From: bpcs-l-admin@midrange.com [mailto:bpcs-l-admin@midrange.com]On Behalf Of GLangston@esab.com Sent: 10 September 2002 16:25 To: bpcs-l@midrange.com Subject: JIT transactions This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Hello, Does anybody have a way of backing out JIT transactions besides manually reversing the 'PR' and 'CI' transactions. We are running on BPCS 4.05CD. Any help would be most appreciated.
