History in Material Status Inquiry (INV300) is Blank ! -- BPCS-L

Dear All,

We are in BPCS version 6.1.00 (Mixed Mode)
I have problem in Material Status Inquiry (INV300), when I press F21
(History)  .. the display is blank.
Otherwise I check in file ITH, there is some history for that.
I already check field ITSEQ in file IIM  is SAME with field TSEQ in file
ITH.

Please help me what should I do.
