Does BPCS 6.0.04 have the security feature of disallowing users to post or
view segments (accounts, companies, cost centers)  that they are not allowed
to?  I was able to set-up security access to the different icons in CEA GUI.
Howver, for those icons that the users are allowed (like Events Processing),
they are still able to view the records for the company segment that they
aren't allowed to view.
