FRW depends on a Report Year to Date Rollup process. This process takes the values in GSB and GCR to create a flattened file called GSX. It is this file that is downloaded to the PC. Make sure that you have done the Report Year to Date Rollup. Also note that you must rollup your periods in the proper sequence because GSX contains both a Period and a Year to Date balance (ie one record per account per period). If you do the Period rollups out of sequence, you risk creating erroneous Year to Date balances. I believe that Account Inquiry uses GSB and then drills down to GHH/GLH for more details. FRW uses GSX. What files that Account Inquiry use ? What files that BPCS download if I run icon "Download" ? These questions happen because I found some different value between Account Inq. and FRW (I already check that the selection between Acc. Inq and FRW are same).
