In addition to GHH, GLH, and GXR, you may also want to remove the data in file GLA (analysis fields). Using the year as the only parameter to delete the data may not be adequate unless you really want to purge all records no matter the Ledger and the Book. Moreover, different Ledgers may have different period tables and the year 2000 may not have the same date ranges. However, if you have one single Ledger, Book, and Period Table, you're pretty much safe if you go by the year only. In any case, ensure you have a good back up before purging any records. One final point, there is a program in the Reorg Menu (can't remember the name or description) that rewrites GSB (account balances) by reading the records in GLH. If you purge records from GLH, you should not run this program for the periods, ledgers, and books deleted unless you also want to re-adjust GSB.
