Hello, If everything else in BPCS is working properly when users launch other BPCS programs, and the ORD570 program was working for a long time with no errors in the past, and you did not change any order processing programs recently or apply any ORD BMRs to the system, then I would first of all look for bad data in the order processing tables in Oracle. First -- always back-up your tables by saving them to tape before doing any SQL maintenance - this way you can restore the table if you make any mistakes in typing! Have the users sign out of BPCS before doing this table maintenance and make sure all BPCS processes have ended. Then, I suggest that you check for and remove any duplicate records in the order processing tables used by ORD570 such as ECL, ECH, ECLW, ECHW etc.. Then, ask the user to sign back into BPCS and try to run the ORD570 program again. Otherwise, if this does not work or if you find no duplicate data, I suggest calling the SSA GT Support Line about this issue if you have a support contract to find out if there is some BMR or configuration problem.
