6.0.04, mixed mode The only way that I have found to back out a PR transaction is to manually key it through the INV500. You can enter a negative quantity using the <field -> key. This only backs out the finished good - not the components that were issued during the back flush. To return all the components to thier proper locations: These have to be done individually using either the CI or J transaction (from the INV500 program) while carefully watching the location. I have created an AS/400 query that I use when having to put back all components (I know what location the component was relieved from by the work center and operation number it was associated with.) It is not pleasant - very time-consuming and tedious as we have over 100 components on a finished good shop order. Good luck Beth A. Norris Production Control Manager Fawn Engineering Corp. Occasionally we incorectally key a PR transaction & this needs to be reversed. Does anyone know whether this can be done via the system itself. _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
