Dean, My company is a solutions partner with SSA GT and Demand Forecasting is one of the modules in our SFA solution. It allows clients to forecast by Customer as you have listed. The system works while the user is connected or disconnected from the system. They are able to review past sales, forecast, etc, and then in input up to 36 months of future volume demand. The system has other features such as edit cut off dates, manager review, ability to view tables for multiple products on one screen, etc. You can find more info at our site www.x1solutions.com. I would be glad to talk with you if you would like more details. At first I thought "SPM", but discovered that SSA dropped support on it over two years ago and could find no reference on their web site regarding the product that supposedly replaced it. I have a client that would really like to do this, so any products/success stories would be appreciated... TIA! Dean Asmussen Enterprise Systems Consulting, Inc.
