Hi Eric To be honest we found it more by accident, we were looking for a way around PO entry for our engineering dept when they are using supplier catalogues, I just wish it worked the same way as the customer cross ref. At least it's somewhere to put the data though even though it may mean a modification to actually use it ! I have seen the synonym filter but have not looked at it, the help text doesn't give alot away though does it !? I'm sure someone somewhere must know what it is, might benefit us both ! I thought there was only customer item x-ref. I also find another option about 'Item Synonym Identification' from the same program. Do you know what it's for and how it works? Is it doing a logical grouping of items globally or within a customer? Thanks in advance.
