ASSET : How do I keep a window from clearing the screen?

I wrote a windowed tiny prompt program which is esecuted when the user presses 
F4.  I put a N in the Clr Prv Scr field on the Screen Listing section of ASSET 
for the window.  According to the help text you put a Y if the overlaid screen 
should be cleared or a N if it should not be cleared.  When I hit F4 the screen 
clears.  I want the previous window to stay put.

The program works other than that.
