Isn't HELP functional on V6?

Go into any BPCS program & when you have something on screen, such as a
prompt selection, press F1 which is the universal HELP key, for people with
PC keyboards that do not have a regular 400 HELP key.

Usually you can put cursor on a particular field & F1 for information about
that field, then check the options at bottom of screen for navigating to more
help about this particular BPCS option.
In fact when you are on SFC menu, or any other menu, press F1 & get a blurb
on what each of the options do.
