We have found that when inactivating items in INV100 you have to delete the
blank cost record for that item. (along with insuring you have no BOM
structure, no inventory, etc.)

To delete the blank cost record in the CMF file you have to use DBU, as you
can not access it through CST100.

we have troubles to delete item in INV100
we get a message
Cannot delete - Item is not fully costed

we deleted the item in CST100 so there is no record in CMF file
we use version 6.1.01
