Subject: SNTYPE (Note Type) in ESN file

Hi
Can anybody please tell me what the 'S', 'M' and 'R' types stand for in ESN
file? I thought 'R' is for Requisition, but found that 'Q' is for
Requisition.
TIA
Amitava
