Peggy, The problem may be cause by the way that you pick confirm. If you allocate a partial quantity during pick release, the pick confirm will still show the total quantity remaining on the order on the screen. If there is sufficient inventory to confirm the balance, pick confirm will go ahead and confirm it. To get around this problem, you need to make sure the quantity on the pick confirm screen is adjusted to the quantity actually shipped. Myron Hamilton
