BPCS ECM Documentation.

Hello Everyone.
New Addition to the List.

1. Problem with BPCS ECM and EXTOL.
     No Documentation on the Green Screen BPCS 6.x Version...

     I find all the GUI Version on the SSA site, But No Green Screen
Info...
     Showing My ignorance perhaps,
     but I am wondering if the GUI documentation is for Session Manager
that comes with BPCS 6.x

2. Main Problem:
     Problem with Cross Reference File:
     We have a tool: TP 3712 = 1 Tool
     Customer Service Changed Cross Reference to: TP 3712P - Pallet of 36
Tools.
     So they wait until a load of orders come in for over 36 Tools and ship
a pallet.
     Change in Cross Reference causes Error in ECM, they fix order it come
in correct.

     Problem, on the Invoice(850) Side the Extol EDI Data does not have ANY
LINE ITEMS.
     Problem Caused: Gentran Error.
     Trading Partner: Home Depot

3. I took over EDI 3 months ago and am lost...
