Well we had a bunch of negative allocations today so I did the whole reorg set on all but customer allocations which were Ok. SYS900C cleanup shop allocation files INV971C recalculate on order allocations so files in sync with each other again INV972C reset IIM IWI ILN to agree with ILI Had I had a problem with customer allocations, then before these 3 guys I would have run ORD990C I knew I did not because we have a bunch of queries to list potential bad stuff like deleted order lines (ECH ECL out of sync) customer orders with missing price unposted labor tickets negative costs actual cost bigger than price negative MRP etc. most nites we have none of the above, but if I did not check this stuff regularly then we could go a while & no one notice Once a week I do a "full reorg" which has SFC990C at the beginning, then finish up with ACR970C ACR972C MRP990C & once a month or so I run BOM900C I also ran SYS120C tonite because we had a lot of deleted records eating disk space, and because Wed nite is CST900C nite & SYS120C makes that run so much faster. We have this stuff copied to a user menu so it is in the right sequence of the steps, but you should go to SYS/23 F1 to review the functions of these actions. One of your problems was customer allocations & also you had some shipping at a pick step ... we sometimes have weird stuff happen if someone in middle of shipping steps is on a PC that does down ... they are sometimes so rattled that they do not volunteer that this happened. I figured out where BPCS stores the data that is used by SYS993 reset & wrote a little program to dump all those data areas & have an RPG cycle control break when the flags change within a category ... this helps me see when some user had a problem whose resolution never went to a proper conclusion such that we have a potential time bomb sitting on this work station waiting for the next persion to run that application. I hope my ramblings trigger a memory of something you could check to resolve your mystery.
