There were some bugs, requiring work-around steps at various points in the process. It is obvious that SSA has put a lot of effort into the conversion package, but perhaps due to less end customer usage of it, they do not get the same richness of feedback to improve the product as they get from users of other applications. Because we able to use facilities for the first time, and other reasons, we were moving from multiple environments to one environment with multiple facilities. There were things we did on the old BPCS version that were illegal on the new, so we had to rethink a lot of our business processes. There were also new capabilities leading to rethinking how best to use those new capabilities. Having consultants to help us, who were familiar with version of BPCS new to us, was essential.
