Jim,
There are a number of way this can be done depending on your requirements and
environments.
FTP PC put to AS400.
FTP AS400 get from PC.
Client Access File Transfer.
PC Application to IFS then AS400 Application picks it up from there.

You already use CA that may be your best option but your CL program would just
as easily pick up the file from the IFS.

Good day....
We need to retreive a file from a PC every night.
We would like a CL program to automatically run
at 11:00 PM ( As/400 scheduler ??)
and the CL Program to "fetch" a specific file from a
specific drive, folder. We use Client Access for
PC - As/400 connectivity.
Surely we don't need to re-invent a wheel ??
