At AS/400 Query: At "Select output type and output form" select output type to a "3=Database file". Create new file and put it to a desire library. Run the report. At IBM Client Access Emulator (down load to Excel can be done for any AS/400 files) Select "Receive File From Host" (this is located as a "Recv" icon or located under "Transfer" drop down) Type File name: Library/QueryFile You can define "Data Options.." for more SQL filter. Save to a directory. At Excel You'll see a icon which look like an open book or will find "Transfer Data from AS/400..." under "Data" drop down. Click on it, "Browse..." and find the save file from above. Click "OK" and you'll have your down load. If you have any problem with this direction, feel free to contact me direct.
