Hello Tad. In my view there are some solutions (vs 6.1 >): 1. In pick release, pick only the lines you want to release. Click: file --> Pick. When you picked all the lines needed. Click on Functions --> Accept. Now only the selected lines will go into the pick confirm stage. 2. You can also pick release all lines and still allocate in pick comfirm (provided you do not use order class 5: which also creates a load at pick release). If an order line has no allocation in pick comfirm you do not have to confirm it manually, if will go back into the pick release stage, so when you do receive allocatable stock you can pick release it again. Please try this in you test environment. Good luck, Roel Bakker Production Planning & Procurement Turbocharger Division MHI Equipment Europe B.V. I have a problem whereby when users 'pick release' an order, the system will pick release ALL the lines on an order even the ones without allocations against them. Is there anyway around this? We have to manually pick-confirm all orders to nill each time this happens.
